Payment |

Existing customers can upgrade their version
to Cafezee 4.0 by paying $40 and following the steps below: |

Instructions to upgrade to version 4.0 |
|
 |
Download the new version from the download page |
|
Email your Cafezee registration number to admin@cafezee.com after paying for the upgrade. |
|
A confirmation email will be sent after verification of your payment. |
|
|
SERVER |
|
|
After receiving the confirmation email from us, stop the old Cafezee server program and make a backup of the database file windows.pra and save it as windowsold.pra |
|
Uninstall the old version |
|
Install the new version (downloaded in step 1 above) |
|
Run the new server program from the start menu |
|
Login to the Control Centre and select "Import Database" from the File menu |
|
Select "Windowsold.pra" and click OK to import from windowsold.pra to the latest version. |
|
|
CLIENTS |
|
|
Stop the old Cafezee client program |
|
Uninstall the old version of client |
|
Install the new version (downloaded in step 1 above) |
|
Install the new version of client |
|
Run the new client program from the start menu and configure |
|
Repeat steps 10 to 13 for all the clients |
