You have to configure the Cafezee client program from the server settings to synchronize. To connect the client system to the server follow the below instructions
- From the Client Login screen, attach the client configuration screen
- Open the Client configuration screen, by clicking on the Staff/Admin Options button and entering the correct staff/admin password
- Now select the Client Configuration Tab.
- In the Server IP/Name field enter the IP address of the Server. You can also enter the Server Computer name if you do not know the Server IP address. You an also click on the Auto Detect Server button, for Cafezee to automatically detect the server and connect to it.
- The Client Name must be different for each client. Cafezee server and all the clients should be in the same IP pool and should ping to each other to have Cafezee connections. Also make sure that no firewall is blocking Cafezee connections. By default windows XP and antivirus softwares have built in personal firewalls which have to be configured to allow Cafezee connections.
Send an email using “Send mail to Cafezee support” screen, accessible from the Help menu of the Cafezee server program. Enter "admin password lost” in the body of the email. We will retrieve the Admin password and send an email to you.

You can check your cybercafe status from http://www.Cafezee.com/onstat.htm. You will require the owner’s email address and the admin password (as entered in your Cafezee server) in order to access the information online.

Cafezee uses the Currency and Date settings from the Windows Regional Settings that can be changed from the Windows Control Panel. You have to configure the regional settings for the server and all the clients.
The Cafezee server needs to be connected to the Internet for uninterrupted operation. If you are using any firewalls / security softwares then make sure that Cafezee connections are unblocked.

Search your server system for the “.pra” files. These are the backup datatbase files automatically created by Cafezee. Follow the below instructions to restore data from a backup file:
- Save windows.pra and all other *.pra files to a safe place before formatting the system.
- In the freshly installed system install Cafezee server.
- Copy and paste the saved windows.pra file from the saved place to the newly installed place to replace the newly installed file.
- Start the server program. All the data will be available after starting Cafezee.
Search your server system for the .pra files. These are the backup files that are automatically created by Cafezee. Follow the instructions below to restore data from a backup file:
- Rename the windows.pra to windowscorrupted.pra.
- Rename the windows2.pra to windows.pra and start the Server.
- If your error still continues then rename your latest MMDDYYYY.pra file where DD is date, MM is month and YYYY is year in windows.pra. If your data got corrupted on 11th April 2004, then you will find a file 04112004.pra, use this file and rename it to windows.pra.
- Now you can start the server program again.
